You must be at least 13 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
Money Leaderboard allows users to submit messages that are ranked publicly by the total amount paid. Messages are displayed on the leaderboard in order of cumulative spend. Paying more moves your message higher.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting a payment, you authorize the charge to your payment method. We do not store your card details — all payment information is handled directly by Stripe.
All payments are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is submitted and your message is posted to the leaderboard, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
You are solely responsible for the message you submit. By submitting a message, you confirm it does not contain hate speech, harassment, threats, illegal content, or any material that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any message at our sole discretion without notice or refund.
Leaderboard rankings change as other users make payments. We do not guarantee your message will remain at any particular rank.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, moneyleaderboard.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
